Divisions Administrator
You will work closely with Committee Managers and senior leadership, ensuring the smooth running of administrative processes and communications.
The Key Responsibilities of the Divisions Administrator are to:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Divisions' Committee Managers and Executive Committees, including preparing agendas, minutes, and following up on actions.
- Assist the Deputy Head of International and Devolved Nations with tasks related to England-wide initiatives and projects.
- Manage recruitment processes for Regional Advisors and other speciality representatives.
- Maintain accurate records, including the organisation's central database, filing systems, and office stationery.
- The role involves occasional travel across England, including overnight stays.
The Divisions Administrator will need to have:
- Strong previous experience in an administrative or secretarial role.
- Experience with database management, electronic filing systems, and delivering high-quality customer service.
- Committee experience within a Membership or regulatory body, Charity or Local Authority
