OverviewWe are seeking a skilled CNC Operator to join our client's team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating computer numerical control machines to perform various tasks in manufacturing.Responsibilities
Set up and operate CNC machines to perform tasks such as drilling, grinding, milling, etc.Read and interpret technical drawings and blueprintsInspect and measure finished products to ensure they meet quality standardsMaintain equipment by performing regular checks and cleaningTroubleshoot machine errors and perform basic maintenance tasks
Qualifications
Experience with CNC machinery including mills and logic controllersProficiency in materials handling, tooling, and using hand toolsMechanical knowledge for machine setup and adjustmentsAbility to weld and assemble partsBasic maths skills for measurements and calculationsPrevious experience in a warehouse environment is advantageous
Day-to-day
Operating CNC machinesReading technical drawings and blueprintsInspecting and measuring finished productsPerforming equipment maintenance and troubleshooting
