About the Role:
You will support the busy litigation department, working on significant patent cases including SEP/FRAND matters, and gaining hands-on experience across all stages of contentious IP matters while developing essential legal and client management skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drafting legal documents, including pleadings and evidence
- Contributing to case preparation and strategy
- Attending client, counsel and expert meetings
- Drafting inter-partes correspondence
- Attending hearings and providing litigation support
- Assisting with client care, case management, and business development
Requirements:
- Up to four years PQE in IP litigation, ideally with patent litigation experience, including SEP/FRAND cases
- Training at a recognised legal practice
- Strong academic background, with a scientific degree advantageous but not essential
- Ability to manage workstreams independently while collaborating effectively
- Exceptional communication, research, and analytical skills
- Professional, proactive, and detail-oriented approach
