With lots of new projects on the horizon this family friendly organisation are looking for a Finance Assistant to join them on a part time basis for 12 months.
Offering specialist and bespoke services the organisation and truly found a niche within their industry and offer exceptional services to their clients and inevitably offer the same and invest in to the future for their employees.
The primary focus of this job opportunity is to process the accounts payable and sales invoices, getting involved with bank reconciliations and as hoc duties as required by the Finance Manager.
Those with some recent finance experience and those with Accountancy and Finance Graduates encouraged to apply.
Job Description
Duties required of the Finance Assistant:
- Purchase ledge invoice process and matching to PO numbers
- Setting up new supplier accounts
- Processing bank payments
- Reconciling statements
- Raising of sales invoices
- Reconcile benefits and remittance
- Setting up direct debits
- Bank reconciliations
The Successful Applicant
To be successful as the Finance Assistant you will:
- Have experience in processing invoices ideally purchase ledger
- Excel skills and use of spreadsheets
- Excellent communication and ability to work closely with internal and external contacts
