Workplace Health Event Outreach Coordinator | Provide CIC
Working Well is commissioned by Essex County Council and sits within the Essex Wellbeing Service. This fast paced, innovative programme supports the national and local agenda around workplace health, wellbeing and health inequalities, ensuring that the Essex workforce is healthy and productive.
This new, specialist role requires experience and knowledge of setting up, promoting and running Workplace Wellbeing Events, including NHS Health Checks and Smoking Support programmes. The new outreach team will increase the recruitment of workplaces to the Essex Working Well programme.
The post holder will also be responsible for managing a team of health practitioners, setting up managing data capture and reporting, to meet a range of health and lifestyle outcomes.
The role will require excellent, project management, communication and IT skills, with experience of a wide range of software packages.

- Support the Working Well Manager to develop policies and procedures
- Map and identify and target key businesses and localities across Essex for Wellbeing events
- Develop and maintain an ongoing calendar of Workplace Wellbeing Events, with a range of partner organisations that will promote and increase the access to the service, with a focus of reducing health inequalities
- Providing input and support to other members of the team to promote the service
