(A welcome award of £5000 pro rata is offered for this post, £2000 within your first salary! A further £2,000 after completing 12 months service followed by £1,000 after completing 18 months)
An exciting opportunity has arisen in the CAMHS Inpatient services as rated Outstanding from CQC, based at Berrywood Hospital, Northampton for a Band 6 Clinical Team Leader,Main duties of the job
The post entails the successful candidate to support the Ward Matron and Service Manager in all aspects of ward based delivery, including staff recruitment and on-going wellbeing, the undertaking of clinical audits and quality assurance.
In addition, you will be a key staff member of the ward by ensuring high quality nursing care is at the core of the Wards ethos and addressing issues as they arise when this quality is challenged.
You will take part in the Clinical Team Leader Rota, whereby you will be expected to support all areas included in this remit and be able to think outside the box in order to address any issues that arise.
