Learning Support Assistant
We are looking for versatile, resilient and committed Learning Support Assistants, who can adapt their practice wherever necessary to support across all key stages. The successful candidate will work alongside the class teacher, assisting the children with their work and supporting with pupil behaviour while establishing good relationships with pupils, acting as a role model and responding to individual needs.

Kingsbrook School is a small specialist independent school for 11–18-year-old students with social, emotional, mental health difficulties and complex learning needs. Kingsbrook School is a unique setting within a small holding, so a love of animals is a must, as an intrinsic part of the role will include large parts of being outdoors and working with our animals as part of our therapy programme for the young people in our care.
Experience of working with students with complex needs such as mental health disorders, anxiety and depression is preferrable, as is a good understanding of the emotional and attachment needs of children.
