Delivery Suite Coordinator
The successful applicant will be able to demonstrate: A clear understanding of the role of the Labour Ward coordinator excellent leadership skills a sound knowledge base around Safeguarding Be confident in facilitating evidence based Intrapartum care and supporting other staff members to provide high quality care Be proficient in providing to support junior staff with regards to relevant clinical skills such as perineal suturing, cannulation, theatre role, management of emergency situations and management of high risk pregnancies as well as promotion of a positive birth experience.
The ability to effectively and safely co-ordinate Delivery Suite, Maternity theatres and Maternity Unit (out of hours).
