Job Description
Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes- Provide analytical support for business decision making
- Work closely with the management team to develop strategic plans
- Generate monthly financial reports and performance metrics
- Coordinate with the finance team to ensure accurate financial reporting
- Identify areas for cost reduction and efficiency improvements
- Participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards
The Successful Applicant
A successful FP&A Analyst should have:
- A degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- Full qualification e.g. ACCA, CIMA, ACA
- Proven experience in financial planning and analysis
- Proficiency in financial modelling and forecasting
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent knowledge of regulatory standards for financial operations
- Outstanding problem-solving abilities
- An estimated salary range of £50,000-£60,000 per annum
