Job Description

You will be responsible for:

• Managing payroll functions to ensure the timely and accurate delivery of payroll to all employees
• Analysing and auditing payroll data for accuracy
• Assisting in the preparation of financial reports related to payroll
• Coordinating with HR and other departments for payroll inputs
• Ensuring compliance with all payroll regulations and company policies
• Resolving payroll discrepancies and answering employee payroll queries
• Supporting month-end and year-end closing
• Participating in payroll projects as required

The Successful Applicant

A successful Payroll Assistant should have:

• Proficiency in a payroll management system
• Strong numerical skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of payroll regulations and procedures
