Responsibilities:

Here are some key responsibilities that you will focus on:

  • Secure new vacancies by engaging in sales and business development activities.
  • Provide end-to-end recruitment solutions for both temporary and permanent staff.
  • Meet targets for acquiring new clients and organizing service meetings.
  • Generate leads for sales activities from various channels.
  • Meet daily and weekly goals for speculative calls and client meetings.
  • Promote other divisions or brands within the organization whenever possible.
  • Identify suitable candidates using a mix of traditional and innovative methods.
  • Conduct thorough pre-interviews and interviews to ensure the best candidates are presented to clients.

  • Proven experience in sales, ideally recruitment.
  • Demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets and building successful client relationships.

  • Hold a valid UK driver's license.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
