Real Estate Solicitor (NQ - Associate) - Bristol City Centre

An exciting opportunity has become available for an NQ/junior level qualified Commercial Real Estate Solicitor to join this top-tier real estate team. The firm renowned for handling high-profile real estate transactions at an international law firm in Bristol.

This role focuses on investment, development and asset management. You will work with some of the country's largest investors, handling multi-million-pound transactions whilst gaining exposure to complex real estate matters.

As a Real Estate Solicitor, you will:

• Manage a broad portfolio of high-quality transactions, from advising on complex developments to facilitating the sale of individual properties across sectors such as renewables, investment and asset management
• Gain experience in both traditional and emerging asset classes, providing both advisory and transactional support for major investments

About You:

• Newly qualified solicitor up to 5 years’ PQE, ideally from a recognised real estate department
• Demonstrate a genuine passion for the commercial property industry and an understanding of its complexities
• Work well both independently and within a team environment
