About the Role:

We are seeking dedicated and compassionate SEN Teaching Assistants to support students with additional needs, including autism, learning difficulties, and emotional or behavioural challenges. You will work closely with teachers, support staff, and parents to create a nurturing learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide one-to-one and group support for pupils with SEN
  • Assist in implementing tailored learning plans
  • Support the emotional and social development of students
  • Collaborate with teaching staff and external professionals
  • Help maintain a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom

What We're Looking For:

  • Previous experience as an SEN TA or similar role (preferred)
  • Relevant qualifications (e.g., Level 2/3 Teaching Assistant, Childcare, SEN training)
  • A caring, patient, and understanding approach
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • A commitment to safeguarding and promoting pupil welfare
