Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and conduct quality checks across all contact channels to ensure exceptional service levels.
  • Analyse recurring issues and proactively identify opportunities for change or retraining.
  • Develop and maintain training resources and materials, ensuring accuracy and relevance.
  • Coordinate recruitment activities and support the onboarding process.
  • Implement a comprehensive training academy for new employees and process improvements.
  • Provide performance visibility to relevant managers and offer regular feedback and coaching.
  • Gather feedback and suggest process enhancements to improve customer satisfaction.
  • Engage with the wider management team to understand priorities and drive performance.
  • Implement coaching and mentoring initiatives to promote a first-time-right and extra mile service approach.
  • Support the wider team in their development and progression.

Essential Skills & Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a similar role within a retail or customer service environment.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to identify patterns and trends.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to coach, mentor, and provide constructive feedback.
  • Proficiency in analysing data and producing reports.

Desirable Skills & Qualifications:

  • Experience in implementing training programmes and initiatives.
  • Knowledge of quality management systems.
  • Familiarity with retail operations and processes.

Technologies:

  • Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Experience with CRM systems is a plus.
