Project Support Officer - Part Time - 3 days per week
Our prestigious Bath based client have a requirement for a part-time Project Support Officer, to provide core PMO support and administration to a major multi-year transformation programme, supporting 1 x Programme Manager and 3 x Project Managers.The programme is made up of 12 seperate projects / workstreams (a blend of Business and IT) and should deliver mid-2026.
Up to £325 per day - UMBRELLA ONLY
Part Time contract - 3 days per week
6 month initial contract (Project should run into mid 2026)
Hybrid Working - 1 day per week onsite in Bath (with the other 2 days Remote)
Experience needed:
- Strong experience of operating at Project Support Officer / PMO Analyst level
- Strong core PSO / PMO skill-set to include strong RAID management, reporting, resource management, tracking etc.
- Strong experience of supporting major transformation programmes involving multiple workstreams / projects.
- Experience of supporting both business and IT transformation projects
- Personable and engaging with the ability to work effectively with a range of stakeholders.
- Excellent communication kills in a written and verbal capacity.
- Highly organised with a proactive approach to their work
