Our client, a caring and well-resourced special needs school based in Witney, Oxford, is looking for compassionate and committed SEN Teaching Assistants to join their dedicated team. About the Role:
- Multiple full-time, permanent SEN Teaching Assistant positions available
- Supporting pupils with a range of complex needs, including ASD, ADHD, and moderate to severe learning difficulties
- Working closely with class teachers and SEN professionals to implement tailored learning plans
- Providing 1:1 and small group support, both in and outside the classroom
- Assisting with personal care and promoting independence where required

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
