The Black Bull in Bolton are recruiting for an Apprentice Trainee Chef. The sucessful candiate will wokr towards their Level 2 Catering and Hospitality qualification which will taek approximately 16 months to complete.
Duties:- Food preparation including fresh produce
- Stock rotation
- Product Research
- High levels of food hygiene
- Safe cooking practices
- Menu development
- Quality control
- An outgoing personality with a genuine interest in food
- A good team player
- A strong work ethic
- Must be honest, reliable and trustworthy
Grades: No formal qualifications required.
Hours:5 days out of 7 on a rota basis, earliest start 8:30am, latest finish 10:00pm, 30 mins unpaid lunch, maximum 38 hours per week
