Control Systems Engineer
Job Type: Permanent

Hours of work: 37.5 hours per week
Applicants must have experience of the following:
- Degree/HND or equivalent in Engineering or Computer related field (or equivalent industry experience)
- Experience producing design documentation and test specifications
- Beckhoff and PLC programming experience is essential
- Familiarity with unit testing
- 3 years relevant experience
- Nuclear industry experience
- Able to work as part of a combined team
- Willing to travel when required
Role information:
- Develop PLC or SCADA system design and options from customer requirements
- PLC programming of control systems and configuration of SCADA from designs
- Be involved throughout the whole software lifecycle from design through to coding and testing
- Install and configure systems and carry out testing at client sites
- Liaise with the project team to meet customer deadlines
