Detailed job description and main responsibilities- Independently assess patient care needs and develop, implement, and evaluate care programs.
- Assist in the systematic monitoring and evaluation of nursing practices.
- Contribute to setting and implementing evidence-based patient care standards.
- Ensure nursing practices align with Trust policies and maintain high standards.
- Adhere to the NMC Code of Conduct (2002) at all times.
- Communicate effectively and collaborate with healthcare staff as needed
