Main duties of the job
  • Provide high-quality, patient-centred care to elderly patients.
  • Monitor patient health and respond to their changing needs.
  • Administer medications safely and effectively.
  • Ensure patient safety and well-being at all times.
  • Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to deliver efficient and holistic care.

Detailed job description and main responsibilities
  • Independently assess patient care needs and develop, implement, and evaluate care programs.
  • Assist in the systematic monitoring and evaluation of nursing practices.
  • Contribute to setting and implementing evidence-based patient care standards.
  • Ensure nursing practices align with Trust policies and maintain high standards.
  • Adhere to the NMC Code of Conduct (2002) at all times.
  • Communicate effectively and collaborate with healthcare staff as needed
