Pay: Up to £32,000.00 per year

Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of the store operations, including sales, customer service, and staff coordination and the home news delivery team,
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service and handling customer queries
- Maintain proper stock levels, ensure stocking, implement agreed purchasing plans.
- Ensure the store remains clean, presentable, and visually appealing at all times.
- Preferred experience of working in the retail environment
- Passionate about delivering excellent customer service and motivating your team to deliver the best.
- Be self-motivated and able to demonstrate initiative
- Possess a keen desire to inspire others to perform to their best abilities.
