Part Time Finance Assistant and Reception
Salary: £24k (full time) £12k (Part time)Location: London Bridge
Hours: 20 hours a week ( to be completed between Monday-Thursday)
This design studio are looking to hire someone for an admin and finance support role reporting directly to the Financial Controller on a part time basis.
Applicants do not necessarily need experience within Finance but be interested and keen to learn duties within admin and finance.
Duties:
- Processing supplier invoices, staff expenses
- Keeping accurate finance records
- Answering calls and emails
- Welcoming visitors to the office
- Distributing post
- Booking couriers and dealing with deliveries
- Assist with any admin duties
Requirements:
- Looking for part time hours only
- Previous experience within Reception
- Experience within finance is beneficial
- Experience using Sage software is beneficial
- Available to start a role immediately
