Requirements

What will you be doing as Sales Executive?
  • Building strong relationships with candidates and clients via written communications (emails and LinkedIn messages) and verbal communications (phone calls, video calls, podcasts and face-to-face meetings)
  • Talent generation and attracting candidates through headhunting and social media channels
  • Screening candidates, arranging interviews and making job offers to successful candidates
  • Reaching out to new and existing clients to ascertain their hiring needs

  • High levels of resilience to overcome challenging situations, setbacks and disappointments (such as candidates taking roles elsewhere, accepting counter-offers or clients changing the job brief)

  • Excellent team-working and able to collaborate with colleagues and share ideas
  • Enjoy working in a fast-paced, sales environment
