An exciting opportunity has arisen for a health and safety manager to join a highly esteemed city based law firm. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and coordinating all health and safety initiatives for the firm, ensuring statutory health and safety obligations are met.

The main aspect of role will be to provide advice and support to the property and workplace department as well as the wider business on the implementation and monitoring of health and safety management systems to facilitate the firm’s compliance with legislative requirements.

You will have overall responsibility for the risk assessment process and train members of the wider team to support.

Applicants will have gained a wealth of experience in the health and safety industry, ideally within a legal or professional services environment. You will have gained a NEBOSH certificate in Occupational Safety and Health (Level 3) or equivalent qualification.

Membership of IOSH is highly advantageous.
