Adult Care Assistants - Part-Time, 12-16 hours offered weekly

Home Instead, Welwyn & Hatfield office are now looking for new staff, with or without experience, to join our very highly regarded team of care professionals.

We do not mind if you are considering returning to work, have retired early but want to do something positive in the community, looking for additional work, are currently studying for further qualifications, or are just looking for a change of job role, as long as you meet the following criteria:

• Can offer 12+ hours weekly - this includes working your agreed hours on alternate weekend's.
• Have a UK driving licence and your own car - essential as we work in the community and ferry clients to hospital appointments, shopping, and social events.
• Live within our franchise boundary, Welwyn, Hatfield, Borehamwood, Potters Bar locations.
• Have a Right to Work in the UK, we are currently not licenced to offer sponsorship or additional hours to those currently sponsored by other organisations.

We undertake to fully train all staff and continue to professionally develop staff throughout your career with Home Instead.

We offer:

Hourly rates of £12.00 - £13.00 per hour (averaging with benefits £14.00 per hour).

Paid Travel time between clients (some restrictions apply).

Paid training including workshops and e-learning at full hourly rate.

Travel expenses £0.30/per mile - £0.45/per mile.

Minimum 1-hour visits.

We work with your hourly availability when we can.
