Preparing and organising legal documents, such as pleadings, witness statements, and court bundles.
Conducting thorough legal research and analysis to support case strategies.
Assisting in drafting correspondence and reports for clients.
Managing case files and ensuring compliance with court deadlines and procedural requirements.
Previous experience in Commercial Litigation.
Strong knowledge of Civil Procedure Rules.
Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks under pressure.
Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.

As a Commercial Litigation Paralegal, your role will include:
Supporting solicitors in all aspects of commercial litigation cases, including contract disputes, shareholder disputes, and professional negligence claims.Preparing and organising legal documents, such as pleadings, witness statements, and court bundles.
Conducting thorough legal research and analysis to support case strategies.
Assisting in drafting correspondence and reports for clients.
Managing case files and ensuring compliance with court deadlines and procedural requirements.
Liaising with clients, counsel, experts, and other third parties involved in litigation.
The ideal candidate:
A law degree or equivalent legal qualification LPC is advantageous but not essential.Previous experience in Commercial Litigation.
Strong knowledge of Civil Procedure Rules.
Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks under pressure.
Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in legal research tools and Microsoft office applications.
