The successful candidate will:
- Be confident teaching a broad base of Art.
- Be confident teaching a second subject of Textiles or Graphics.
- A commitment to inspiring creativity and artistic excellence
- Provide high quality teaching in the subject areas whereby students make excellent progress over time and are suitably challenged.
- Plan effective lessons which fulfil the requirements of the curriculum ensuring students reach their academic and creative potential.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage classroom dynamics effectively.
- Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes student participation, well-being, and success.
