We are JTX Fitness a family-owned direct-to-consumer supplier of home fitness equipment. We're looking for a new Customer Service Supervisor to join the team.
Tasks
You'll be managing a couple of Customer Service Advisors with the support of our Customer Service Manager. We deal with customer enquires via phone, email, live chat and even the occasional visitor to our showroom.
Our peak season runs from November to January so we'll help you get up to speed with our products and systems in time for the big rush. During this period you'll also be hands-on dealing with customer enquiries and taking escalations from the team.
Outside of peak season, there is greater flexibility for project work and supporting other areas of the business.
Requirements
So we're keen to hear from people who are friendly and professional when dealing with customers via phone or email.
You don't need to have managed others before but you'll need to show you have the right approach and people skills to be sucessful. This should inlcude some elements of training or mentoring others to be sucessful.
We are open Mon-Fri 9-5.30 and this is an onsite role based in Shoreham-By-Sea.
