• Overseeing the preparation of financial statements and reports
• Implementing and maintaining internal financial controls and procedures
• Assisting in budget preparation and management
• Ensuring compliance with relevant financial regulations
• Conducting analysis to make forecasts and report to upper management
• Participating in regular financial audits
• Collaborating with the Accounting & Finance team to drive financial performance
• Offering insightful information and expectations to support business decisions

The Successful Applicant

A successful Management Accountant should have:

• A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Professional certification such as CIMA, ACCA, or equivalent
• Proficiency in financial software and MS Office
• Strong analytical skills with a keen attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Strong knowledge of financial regulations and accounting processes
• Ability to work effectively within a team environment

• A competitive salary range of £33k to £40k, depending on experience
