About our Nursery
Join our supportive team at Busy Bees in Stevenage College, an Ofsted-rated Good nursery with a capacity of 98 children. Our team consists of many longstanding staff members and new faces, creating a warm and collaborative working environment.We are passionate about providing the best start in life for every child and maintain strong links with local authorities and other providers. Conveniently located near Stevenage town centre and the train station, we are just five minutes from Junction 7 of the A1, making our nursery easily accessible.

Role Responsibilities:
What to expect as a Qualified Nursery Practitioner:
- Create a Safe, Stimulating Environment: Prepare materials and arrange rooms to encourage children's growth and learning.
- Lead Educational Activities: Plan and deliver activities that support children's physical, emotional, intellectual, and social development, aligned with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
- Key Person Role: Oversee children’s development, care needs, and build strong family connections.
Required Qualifications:
What We’re Looking For- Level 3 (or above) qualification in Early Years Education.
- Proven experience in working with children under 5 and a genuine interest in early childhood education
- Skills: Good communication capable or, excellent organisational skills, and the ability to apply knowledge of child development to plan and deliver activities.
