As a SEND Teaching Assistant, you will:- Work closely with students on various levels of the autism spectrum and those with additional needs.
- Provide one-on-one and small group support to enhance learning and engagement.
- Collaborate with teachers and specialists to develop and implement individualized strategies.
- Support students' emotional, social, and physical development to foster well-rounded growth.
- Play a vital role in creating a positive, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment.
