Claims Handler

Salary: Up to £30,000 per annum
Hours: 42 hours or 47-hour contracts available as well as part time. Working across Monday – Saturday.

Location: Halo Bognor (HQ)

The role will include, but is not limited to:

Responding to customer enquiries via phone call, emails and webchat
Processing customer bookings, by telephone and email in line with company processes
Accurately input data onto Halo’s internal systems
Manage booking volumes to support all sites throughout the business
