My client are a Chartered independent wealth planning firm with offices near Croydon who I have met and placed a member of staff with. They offer whole of market financial advice to HNW retirees, accumulators, local families and SME owners based across Surrey, Sussex, Kent and London.
The MD is seeking an established "farmer" adviser to manage a book of business from a retiring adviser (£30m AUM - 130 clients). This is a servicing role and will be suitable for a candidate who has a background in an independent wealth planning firm and can work with complex HNW cases.You will have dedicated admin and paraplanning support and you can manage your own affairs and pattern of working. If you can generate any new business you will be rewarded with bonuses but the emphasis on this role is servicing.
- Salary: £65k - £75k (negotiable) + bonuses
- 3 x validation on all fees to earn bonuses
- Manage existing book of business from retiring adviser
- £30m AUM across 130 clients (£300k of recurring revenue)
- Full Paraplanning and Administration support
