Ideal Candidate:

• CeMAP Qualified: Possess a recognized qualification in mortgage advice, demonstrating a strong understanding of mortgage products and regulations.
• Proven Track Record: Demonstrate a strong track record in new build mortgage sales and client service, with a proven ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
• Market Knowledge: Deep understanding of the Gloucestershire property market and mortgage landscape, including local trends and regulations.
• Excellent Communication Skills: Possess strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively communicate with clients, developers, and colleagues.
