Your Role Lead Conservation & Contemporary Design: Manage projects from concept through completion, blending modern architectural solutions with historic preservation.Mentorship & Culture: Instill best practices in conservation investigation, research and decision making across our team, fostering growth and excellence.Client & Stakeholder Engagement: Build trusted relationships with clients, heritage bodies, and consultants, clearly communicating design intent and progress.Strategic Growth: Shape our conservation and contemporary design portfolio-identifying opportunities and helping define the future direction of our practice.
