Financial Adviser Administrator

WorkwithYorkshire are working with a client who have a fantastic opportunity for a Financial Adviser Administrator to join their team based in York.
This is a full-time permanent role based in York, with hybrid working available. A competitive salary is available.
Duties:
Act as a point of contact for clients, managing inquiries and scheduling appointments.Assist in gathering information to support the preparation of financial reports.
Collect, update, and maintain client information and financial records within the CRM system.
Provide comprehensive administrative support to financial advisers, including managing correspondence and filing.
Key skills and experience;Previous experience in a financial services or administrative role is preferred but not essential.
Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Strong IT skillsAttention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
