Job Description

The Private Client Locum Solicitor will be:

• Managing a caseload of probate matters from instruction to completion
• Advising clients on estate administration and related issues
• Ensuring compliance with relevant legal and regulatory requirements
• Collaborating with the firm's team to provide seamless client service
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date case records

The Successful Applicant

The Private Client Locum Solicitor should be:

• A solicitor or equivalent with 5+ years PQE in private client law
• Experienced in handling probate matters independently
• Knowledgeable about estate administration processes and regulations
• Able to commit to 2 days per week in the Leeds office

• Competitive hourly rate of £40-£50, outside IR35
• Flexible part-time schedule (2 days per week)
