Job Description
Key responsibilities consist of:
- Full process account management duties.
- Maintain and develop new customers through appropriate sales methods.
- Deliver a high quality of service, increasing business growth, and customer satisfaction.
- Respond to and follow up sales enquiries using appropriate methods.
- Log information on calls and update all customer records on our CRM system.
- Work towards sales targets and KPIs.
- Provide excellent customer service at all times.
- Evaluate potential leads, identify key decision-makers within the prospect's organisation.
- Keep pertinent data updated according to agreed-upon call, contact, and quality targets each day.
- Minute logging.
- Quantify and achieve a minimum number of meetings daily.
- Act on decision-maker activities and incoming prospect/lead sheets to secure appointments and drive sales.
- Professional in a business-like manner, aiding account managers in compiling campaign data for reporting purposes.
- Update and maintain customer records in the company database.
- Maintain a full understanding of our product offerings and the market.
- Handle customer queries and complaints professionally.
The Successful Applicant
A successful account executive should have:
- A strong motivation for sales.
- Business orientated and independent.
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- Prior experience in a relative field of logistics or delivery.
- A customer-focused approach.
- Proficiency in using database software.
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced high-volume environment.
- Ability to work well in a team.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- A competitive salary starting at £23,000 upto £27,000 per annum.
- Improved salary after 12/24 months in business.
- Basic OTE up to £35,000.
