We are thrilled to partner with AfriKids in their search for a dynamic and proactive Partnerships Manager to join their team.AfriKids is dedicated to improving access to education and empowering local communities in Northern Ghana to create sustainable change.
As Partnerships Manager, you'll play a crucial role in advancing this mission, managing AfriKids' trusts and foundations portfolio. You’ll be part of a small but incredibly passionate team, working closely with colleagues in both the UK and Ghana to increase AfriKids' visibility with funders and deliver exceptional stewardship.In this role, you will identify and secure new partnerships and trust funding, with a particular emphasis on multi-year support.

As Partnerships Manager, you will need:Demonstrable experience of securing five and six figure funding from major grant funders and charitable foundationsExperience of building strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders to positive result.Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate passionately and persuasively Salary: £40,000 - £45,000Contract: Permanent – Full time.
