Legal Counsel - mixed non-contentious and contentious role

Client

You will be joining a Top 10 global business services group.

Role

This is a brand newly created position within the legal team as a result of sustained success and expansion.

You will undertake a hugely diverse and extremely varied legal remit, including drafting and negotiating a wide range of commercial contracts and assisting with litigation.

You will be rewarded with a highly attractive remuneration package.

You will be able to undertake this role wholly remotely/flexibly/from home should you so wish. The organisation also has various offices located throughout the UK which you will have access to to work from.

You

You will be a qualified lawyer (open to jurisdiction of qualification) with approximately 3-10 years' PQE. You will have some prior commercial contracting and litigation related experiences.
