Residential Conveyancer - Warrington

Residential Conveyancer, 3 + years’ experience, Cheshire, £30,000 - £40,000 DOE. This position offers the chance to join a dynamic and successful team, engaging directly with clients in a fast-paced environment.

SALARY: £30,000 - £40,000 DOE

OVERVIEW:

• You will be responsible for managing a caseload of Residential Conveyancing matters, encompassing freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, new builds, remortgages, shared ownership and transfer of equity
• Fee earner with 3 + years’ experience in a similar role and Post Completion experience
• Applications are open to experienced Conveyancers that are adept at managing a high-volume Residential Conveyancing workload, handling cases from start to finish.
• You will have excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with clients and other stakeholders and offer exceptional levels of client care
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
