Chaplaincy Coordinator
The University of Bath Chaplaincy is a place for everyone: students, staff, and visitors. A space for prayer, counsel, advice, or just a listening ear. Located in the heart of the campus, the Chaplaincy is staffed by friendly chaplains, open for regular events each week, and is home to several faith societies.
We are looking for an efficient and experienced Coordinator to join our team, providing administrative support to the Chaplaincy team. The role will involve the coordination and implementation of Chaplaincy operational procedures and will require a high degree of organisational ability and knowledge of denominations and faith.
You will sometimes be the first point of contact and a focal point for the Chaplaincy and will require clear communication and liaison skills. You will also be responsible for managing and prioritising your own workload and will be required to use your own initiative.
Further information
The role is offered as part-time, working 16–20 hours per week, on a term-time only basis. We are flexible regards how these hours are worked, operating a hybrid working arrangement.
A basic DBS check will be required for this role.
