We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Sales Account Manager to manage and grow a portfolio of approximately 250 customers. The ideal candidate will build strong relationships, identify new opportunities, and drive sales growth. This role requires a combination of account management, business development, and sales skills to maximise revenue and enhance customer satisfaction.
Duties: Building and maintaining relationships with existing customers
Understanding customers' needs and identifying sales opportunitiesPreparing and issuing quotations
Updating and maintaining customer records on CRM
Following up on leads
Upselling products and services
Selling to pharmaceutical, logistics, airports etcs
Experience: At least 2 years telesales/ account management or sales B2B experience
Excellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to multitask, prioritise and manage time effectively
