Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented School Cleaners to join our team. The ideal candidates will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in various environments, ensuring that all areas are tidy, organized, and welcoming.This role is essential in creating a pleasant atmosphere for both employees and visitors.
Responsibilities
Perform general cleaning duties including dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors.Clean and sanitize toilets, kitchens, and communal areas to ensure a hygienic environment.
Dispose of waste and recycling in accordance with company policies.
Maintain cleaning supplies and equipment, reporting any shortages or malfunctions.
Follow established health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
Assist with special cleaning projects as required, such as deep cleaning or event setups.
Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate cleaning schedules and tasks.
Experience
Previous experience in school cleaning role is preferred but not essential; training will be provided.A keen eye for detail and a commitment to high standards of cleanliness.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Good time management skills to complete tasks efficiently within designated timeframes.
Familiarity with cleaning products and equipment is advantageous but not mandatory.
