Bare Hall Quality Carers provide a person-centred service to clients in their own Flat within a 12 flat supported living scheme. We enable clients to live independently as possible. The role of a Support Worker involves personal care, meal preparation, medication and support to clients with multiple Sclerosis, Acquired Brain Injury and Learning Difficulties.

All person specific training will be given before starting as well as paid shadow shifts.

We are looking for a Support Worker who is interested in learning or expanding their knowledge within the care sector. Experience in the above is not required but having knowledge around these things will serve as an advantage. You do not need to drive for the role although it is desirable, it is more important that you have the right values and want to help make a difference to someone's life.

You will be based in one building and there are opportunities for waking night shifts and sleep in shifts. This will be discuss with you at interview.

We currently have positions in the Lancaster/Morecambe Area, with immediate start subject to DBS and references

Due to the needs of the role we require all of our support workers to be over 18. The shift patterns do include sleep so the right candidate must have some flexibility.
