Richard Taunton Sixth Form College and St Vincent Sixth Form College are excited to share that an incredible opportunity has arisen to support the development of marketing and student recruitment activities for our colleges.Following a recent period of growth, we are looking for someone to lead student liaison and recruitment activities with the aim of supporting the continued growth in student numbers, and enhancing the reputation of our colleges via effectively marketing and promotional activities.
This role will undertake a range of exciting liaison, recruitment and marketing activities to support our growth aspirations in line with the mission, vision and values of our trust. The primary aim of this role is to facilitate growth and development of student enrolments whilst raising the profile of our colleges within our local communities.
This role provides a wonderful opportunity to:- Work with schools, community groups and wider stakeholders to promote the excellent opportunities our colleges provide to young people and adults.
- Contribute to the delivery of quality marketing activities, leading to high levels of application, increased enrolment conversion and enhanced internal progression;
- Maximise opportunities for our colleges to promote and share our successes with our communities and partners.
- Develop innovative marketing and student recruitment activities that lead to student growth.
- To support the achievement of ambitious and sustained student recruitment and retention targets.
The role provides an excellent opportunity to be a key part of an agile and efficient team in the shaping and implementation of marketing and student recruitment which are essential to support the continued development of the trust.
We are looking for an innovative and inspirational practitioner who shares our passion for serving a socially diverse learning community. Prior liaison and/or marketing experience is desirable for this role. Some early evening and rare weekend work will form part of this role.
