Loading Bay Supervisor - Factory Supervisor - QS Recruitment

Are you looking for your next challenge as an experienced supervisor?

We are currently seeking a loading bay supervisor to help support our clients specialist steel warehouse in the heart of Burton on Trent.

You will be responsible for overseeing the safe, efficient, and organized loading and offloading goods for delivery or shipment.

You will be managing the loading team, ensuring compliance and safety/quality standards, and coordinating logistics to ensure timely dispatch.

Requirements for this role are:

• Proven experience in a logistics or warehouse supervisory role
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent understanding of safety regulations and best practices
• Good communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

This role offers a permanent opportunity with an immediate start.

You will be working 10:00 to 19:00 Monday to Friday.

You will earn £32,000 a year.

This will generate an hourly rate of £16.41.
