Used Car Sales Executive

LSH Auto is looking for a dedicated Used Car Sales Executive to join our thriving team! In this key role, you will be responsible for guiding customers through their car-buying journey, showcasing our quality selection of used vehicles, and delivering exceptional customer service in line with our brand values.
As a Used Car Sales Executive, your focus will be to maximise sales by providing an outstanding customer experience, ensuring that clients leave satisfied with their new purchase.
Hours: 40 hours per weekSalary: £25,400 with an uncapped OTE bonus structure, Plus company car
Requirements
To excel in this role, you should:
- Have a strong commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
- Be passionate about cars and sales, with the ability to engage customers effectively.
- Display self-motivation and work effectively within a team.
- Possess great negotiation skills to close sales successfully.
- Show resilience in achieving set sales targets.
Essential Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of sales experience, preferably in the automotive sector.
- Proven ability to consistently meet or exceed sales goals.
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- Holds a valid UK driving licence.
- A competitive nature with a goal-oriented mindset.
