Role Overview
A full-time role for a Mortgage Paraplanner working with a team of Mortgage Advisers, you will be responsible for supporting the operation to deliver a seamless service for our clients.
You will work closely with our team to effectively manage several client cases through each step of their mortgage journey. As a key touchpoint for our clients, an understanding of the mortgage process and exceptional communication skills is required.
Key Responsibilities- Make initial contact with potential clients using our lead generated data
- Successfully converting initial client touchpoints to appointments for our Mortgage Advisers
- Manage multiple client cases at any one time – liaising with Mortgage Advisers, lenders and clients
- Seamlessly guide clients through the end-to-end mortgage process
- Comply with FCA regulations and company standards to satisfy the networks audit requirements
- Assist with managing paperwork and following up with clients through various contact methods (telephony/email/letter)
- Work closely with Mortgage Advisers to ensure efficient case progressing whilst providing exceptional client service
- Self-develop and stay up to date with industry related topics
- Build and nurture strong client relationships to encourage a returning client base and referrals
- Proven track record in Mortgage paraplanning/administration or case management
- Strong knowledge of mortgage and protection processes, compliance and lender research
- Ability to multitask and efficiently handle and switch between various responsibilities
- Dedicated to maintaining compliance standards and treating customers fairly
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Team orientated and willing to support and collaborate with the team
- Salary of £25,000-£27,000 DOE
