The Successful Applicant

A successful Customer Service Advisor should have:

• Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably within the financial services sector.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
• The ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• A strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service.

• Salary £24,000 per annum.
