- Assist customers in understanding and navigating the company's products and services.
- Collaborate closely with the customer service team to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Implement feedback from customers to improve service delivery.
- Maintain accurate customer records and follow up on any outstanding issues.
- Contribute to the development of customer service protocols and procedures.
- Stay informed about industry developments and best practices in customer service.
- Advocate for customers within the organisation, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Customer Service Advisor should have:
- Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably within the financial services sector.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- A strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
