The Successful Applicant
A successful 'Customer Service Representative' should have:
- Excellent German and English communication skills
- Experience working for a global manufacturer using German language skills
- Strong background in Customer Services
- SAP experience
- Problem-solving skills

- Comfortable using computers
- Strong customer service skills
- Knowledge of the industrial / manufacturing industry
